Vintage doily needle keeper

 I love needle keepers and pincushions.......I just made this one from a vintage doily.

Inside there's some wool to put your needles in and a pocket underneath. On the right side there's a pocket with 2 compartments.
I will be making more of these and if you are interested they are in my etsy shop.
I am also finishing some pincushions designed by me.
Here's what the inside looks like up close.

I only have a few of these special doilies and thought this would be a great way to preserve and enjoy them!!!!!!!!!
