This was my Post on June 2011.....



This past april I was able to spend some beautiful moments with my friend Dina in Uruguay. She was my first childhood friend and we have reunited after 36 yrs!
I made this small wall hanging to honor and cherish the beautiful friendship we share that now is not just made of memories but also plans for the future....
It's Dina and I, and the future....
it is needle felted with many different colors of wool and some bits of lace, cheesecloth and ANGELINA FIBERS....

This past year I have worked with my friend Dina on a project for a very well known International Textile Art competition from https://www.wta-online.org/
I can't share yet but I will as soon as we know  if it has been accepted. It was  terrific to work side by side even though from different countries whith such a talented artist and exceptional human being.
