This weekend we are all enjoying the Canfield Fair...for those of you not familiar with it, here's a bit of info about it...

My Dad entered a felted wool wall hanging and won 1st place. I entered a wall hanging designed by Sue Spargo and won 1st place also!
There were many beautiful quilts there including my friend Lori's beautifully embroidered quilt that won Best of show....Check out the pictures!
We visited some lovely horses, the one you see in the pictures was fond of my purse and wouldn't stop licking it!
Congratulations to both of you...they are both well deserved and beautiful works. You have had a wonderful month and I have heard that the Canfield Fair is very fiber art friendly :O)! Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
