The last beauties of summer

Fall is certainly here in Ohio...Beautiful as it is I dread the fact that winter will be here next...I am not fond of snow as many of you know...
I wanted to share with you some of the bounty...I did not do a lot of gardening this year because I was so busy getting things ready for my daughter's wedding...Still, we had some endless grape and cherry tomatoes and a huge tomato that my friend Dee who gave us the plants thought was a Brandywine but after closer inspection it is a 'Delicious' type tomato that was incredible!
Thanks Dee!
I hope you enjoy the pictures....
Also, my night blooming cereus bloomed and I wanted to share it with those who haven't seen the flowers yet......

I am also sharing some beautiful pictures of one of the prides of our area which is Millcreek Park.....what beauty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Beautiful photos. Thanks for sharing. How can summer be over? 54 degrees in Iowa.

  2. The flowers are gorgeous! What a yummy looking tomato. I have another crop of basil to go with that tomato! LOL
